What's wrong with My Relationship?

Relationship or shall I refer to love is between a man and a woman sharing their heart with a deepest feeling. Earlier phase was great but what happen after that? That one of them get bored? One just stop to impress the spouse? A lot of problem occurs when we don;t speak or a better word... communicate. We only speak and then only think that end up with frustration because we never meant to say those nasty words to break his/her heart. Why does adult act like a child when it came to relationship. That's why communication is important. Express your feeling and let them know rather than keeping that inside your mind and just suddenly burst in flame. What I learn from my previous relationship, experience and plus others' experience, communication is important. If you're scared or nothing come out of your mouth when you want to talk, just write.

That's what Mr Hall and I discuss about. he always remind me to tell him what I feel even though he know it's not a fun thing to listen. Better say than misunderstand each other. Sometimes, I don't know how to put it in words so I wrote a letter to him. As long as he understand what my point is. Nowadays people don't really communicate with each other and simple jump to conclusion. Yes we want to please the one we love but not by sacrifice our feeling. It will burn you slowly and hurts you even more. If you really care and love that person start to communicate. Stop assuming, listen to what other party has to say and control you emotion. So stop asking what's wrong with my relationship if you don't communicate

Beauty Tips in Recovering from Flu

I'm in the process of recovering bad flu. Yeah flu! My nose is red and I look like Rudolph. I had my medicine and since I'm in a beauty mood, I ask my Professor Google, "What is the beauty tips of recovering from flu?"
Then I found this so I think that I wanna share these with you.

Beauty Tips to Conceal Cold and Flu Symptoms
Make a Beautiful Recovery
by Drew Taylor, Yahoo! Contributor Network

Looking pretty is not typically a priority when suffering from a cold or flu, but the simple truth is that people often do not have the luxury of an extended recovery at home. Once the contagious stage passes, it is time to go back to work. Looking sickly may make your job more difficult, particularly if you have to work closely with colleagues or interact with the public.
Preventative measures can help you avoid the lingering signs of illness.

Leave the red nose to Rudolph.
Your standard toilet paper or facial tissue may seem plenty soft, but you may change your mind after a sneezing fit or days of dealing with a runny nose. Keep soft facial tissue, preferably the kind with lotion, available. Take extra care to moisturize your nose and the surrounding area before the skin gets irritated. Preventive measures are the best option because irritated skin may be further inflamed by beauty products or moisturizers.

Prevent chapped lips.
Fever and dehydration can lead to chapped lips. Staying hydrated, which is an important part of recovering from the flu or a cold, and applying lip balm before bedtime goes a long way in keeping lips moisturized. Burt's Bees all-natural lip balm is made with beeswax. For around three dollars a tube, it is available at a number of stores including Walgreens, Target and Ulta. Any lip balm is better than nothing, especially when your lips hurt--real bad, but Burt's Bees lip balm soothes lips without being too thick or sticky like similar products.

Once it is time to leave your sickbed and face the world, you can look pretty by using these easy beauty tricks to conceal or relieve the signs of a flu or cold.

Treat chapped lips.
Mild exfoliation can help stop lips from peeling. Gently brush lips with a toothbrush to remove dry skin. Commercial products, such as philosophy's Kiss Me Exfoliating Lip Scrub, also help remove dry skin from lips.

Go easy on the eye makeup.
A few good sneezes or watery eyes can smear makeup and leave you looking like a melting clown. Skip the dramatic, smokey look and keep eye makeup to a minimum. If using mascara, try a water-proof formula.

Revitalize tired eyes.
Puffy or tired eyes are one of the greatest indicators of sickness. If puffiness is a problem, try using a cold compress. Products such as soothing eye gels or cooling masks also help reduce swelling. From drug stores to beauty supply stores, many stores sell cooling masks for as little as ten dollars. The reusable masks are made of plastic and filled with gel similar to the lunchbox cold packs. Place the masks in the fridge or freezer and wear the mask for an easy spa treatment at home.

Get rid of red eye.
Use eye drops, refer to the package directions and warnings, to soothe tired, red eyes. If seasonal allergies are the cause of your red eyes, try a product such as Visine-A.

Change your foundation.
Sickness and staying indoors can lighten your normal skin tone and make your foundation look like a mask. Try mixing two or three drops of facial moisturizer with one or two drops of foundation. The result will provide more sheer coverage that helps even your skin tone.

Purchase the extra beauty products, such as lip balm, when you stop by the drug store to pick up some medicine to treat your cold or flu. You can recover beautifully and get back to work without scaring your clients and colleagues.

These are good advices. I did follow few especially wearing the lip balm. I did look like a zombie with chapped lips and red nose. I couldn't cover any make up on my nose area since I keep wiping the itchy nose so I just covered my panda eyes with BB cream and compact powder. At least, people can only see my flaw nose. And it's really bad. Wuargh!

What's your resolution?

I'm always have this habit where I love to see someone else pictures and think of how interesting other people life are and bored of my own life. Yeah, I was living with parents and was having bad relation. I'm losing myself while thinking of all the problems surround me. And still the habit is still here but then I realize. i'm no longer living with my parents and I'm having a great relationship with a very supportive soul mate who are willing to help in a search of myself through this maze. Just then I realize, I myself should make my life interesting instead of complaining.

I slowly pick up the pieces of me when I spend a 'me-time' with reading novels like I used to. Not to forget, blogging like I used to. I start to take care of myself with advice from my soul mate. I could improvement in few are physically but there's more to do to fix myself. Few years suffering left you a 'scar' physically and mentally but it slowly heal. I'm taking care of my health. Taking the vitamins and other supplements. Everybody busy with their new year resolution and now I have my own list of resolution. So here the list that I'm sharing with you....

# Planning interest stuff to do this year
# Strict in taking supplements. No skipping
# Going to spa (Haven't go for a year. Blergh!)
# More novels
# Improve works in office
# Going to the next step with Mr Hall? I don't know but we're getting more loving each days.

That's all I can think of for now but there might be more. The first in the list, too general, yeah I know but I can't say specifically what it is but I'll share with you once I did it.

Few friends' resolution is getting on a diet which mean less lunch partner to go with. Arghh!!!! This is when I miss Miera. Luckily I still have Leyza to go with.

7 Tips How to Look Good in Pictures

Not everyone is photogenic but there is still hope for us to look good in the pictures. These are the 7 tips that I found from All Women Stalk and I should share their secrets with you.

1. Avoid the Double Chin
No one is going to look great in a picture with a double chin. You can save yourself from the dreaded double chin by pointing your chin down and keeping the camera at or above your eye level. It’s important not to let people shorter than you take your picture unless they are standing on a chair.

2. Take Off the Pounds
I’m sure you have heard that the camera adds 5 pounds. This may be true, but with the right stance you can actually look thinner in your pictures. This tip on how to look good in pictures had been shared by the stars on the red carpet for years. When standing, turn your body at a 45 degree angle away from the camera, and then turn from the waist to face the camera. Think of the classic Paris Hilton pose when trying to position yourself for you next photo shoot.

3. No Shiny Face
You don’t want to be the girl that reflects the camera flash. It’s not flattering to have a shiny forehead in the picture. If it’s a hot day and you’ve been sweating, pat off your face and neck. If your skin is just naturally oily, try using a matte finished foundation and powder.

4. Stay Out of the Shadows
People that know how to look good in pictures know to stand in front of the sun. Light can create unattractive shadows on the face. It can give you dark shadows under the eyes, on the side of your nose or under the chin. If you stand in front of the sun outdoors or stay clear of any overhead lighting indoors you will avoid unwanted shadows in your pictures.

5. Practice Practice Practice
It might sound silly but people that know how to look good in pictures practice smiling in the mirror. You want your smile to look natural, not cheesy and plastered on your face. Standing in front of the mirror and practicing your smile will help you know how a natural smile feels. Then you can achieve the same look when having your picture taken.

6. Choose Flattering Clothes
If your outfit makes you feel self-conscious or uncomfortable is it going to show in your pictures. Don’t wear something that you don’t feel 100% beautiful in when you leave the house. You don’t want to be caught on camera fidgeting with your clothes or trying too hard to suck in your stomach.

7. Make-Up
Make-up is very important when you want to know how to look good in pictures. First you don’t want your make-up to be too heavy. Heavy make-up will look even heavier in pictures. You also don’t want to look washed out by not having on any make-up. For best results keep your make-up natural and highlight your best features.

7 useful tips that we can follow. You just don't take a picture but take a great picture where you look fabulous in it.
